We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager Non-SAP (m/f/d) to join our great team. As the Senior Service Manager Non-SAP, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of Non-SAP services across various domains critical to business operations.

EXPLORE YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Service Managers and specialists in various Non-SAP domains
  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Non-SAP service delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities
  • Ensure effective delivery of Non-SAP services, including adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and service level agreements
  • Monitor service performance and key performance indicators, proactively identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Continuously evaluate service delivery processes and practices to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practice
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs, priorities, and challenges related to Non-SAP services
