Description:
Responsibilities:
- You’ll manage Customer Care Service Providers (SPs), fostering a transparent and supportive relationship while proactively (1) administering the lifecycle of a portfolio of contracts between Zalando and SPs and (2) managing compliance to contracts terms and conditions, including to Zalando’s Social Standards.
- You’ll challenge established processes, develop and introduce processes to raise required standards and long-term business value in regards to contract management, social standards and other compliance matters e.g. data protection.
- You’ll run projects e.g. Request for Proposal process, design strategies for negotiations and lead meetings with senior stakeholders externally and internally.
- You’ll create logical and practical frameworks to solve complex issues, build and execute easy-to-understand approaches to solve multi-facetted problems (fraud, data breaches and similar).
- You’ll contribute to the Zalando Service Provider Management community by sharing best practices and learnings.
- You’ll work as a member of a cross-functional team.
