Description:
OVERVIEW:
10+ years of experience in Service Management tools, including BMC Remedy, HP Service Desk, and ServiceNow.
8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform.
5+ years of experience in designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Utilize extensive expertise in Service Management tools (BMC Remedy, HP Service Desk) to enhance and optimize ServiceNow implementations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
Provide technical leadership in the implementation of ServiceNow Process Optimizer tool.
Preferred: Demonstrate experience in implementing ServiceNow Work Force Optimizer Tool.
Obtain and maintain CIS-ITSM certification.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
Experience with ServiceNow integration methodologies.
Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
Familiarity with BMC Remedy, HP Service Desk, and other Service Management tools.
Knowledge of ServiceNow Process Optimizer tool.
Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow Work Force Optimizer Tool.
