• Experience with the telecoms industry is essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in ITSM.
• At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow.
• Recent experience in a senior development lead role.
• Solid ServiceNow development experience, with a strong understanding of platform administration and configuration.
• Proficiency in web development languages, including JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Jelly, HTML/CSS.
• Experience with web service integrations using SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.
• Ability to participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of relational database systems and experience with MS SQL queries.
