Senior Settlement Executive (Oil & Gas Trading / Central)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage and execute all aspects of trade settlement including but not limited to cargo pricing confirmation with counterparties (Sales and Purchase), data posting from CTRM trading system to SAP accounting system and invoice preparation to customers.
• Inventory reconciliation between CTRM trading system and SAP accounting system
• Liaise with operations/mid office for trade/shipment information
• Review trade contracts and handle trade settlement (e.g. ensure invoices are processed for payment promptly, and as per trade contract term)
• Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate superior
• Continuously improve the system and business processes
• Any other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years relevant experiences in trade settlement role from oil & gas industry
• Letter of Credit (LC) knowledge is a plus
• Experience in CTRM commodity trading system & system enhancement is a plusSpoken and written in English
