This is an opportunity that every Senior Site Manager should consider. The project at hand is a $250m high rise residential build in inner city Brisbane and is the result of a long and well planned ECI process which in turn should make your life easier. This project is fully EBA and they are ideally looking for a Senior Site Manager with IR exposure.
This construction company are often the envy of the rest in the industry. They have exceptional staff retention levels and they have strong internal promotion and training strategies. The project team consists of an established and long term Project Manager, Senior Site Manager (you), Structures and Finishes Foreman, HSE Advisor, Project and Site Engineers and CA’s.
The ideal Senior Site Manager has delivered high rise developments before and has the ability to lead a team and manage a site effectively.

ROLE:

The Senior Site Manager has the following specific areas of responsibility:

• Overall management of the site
• Management of trades and subcontractors on site
• Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
• Implementation of OH&S policies
• Ensuring adherence to plans and specifications
• Approval of subcontractor invoices
• Liaison with Project Manager to ensure budget and time constraints are met
• Industrial relations management
• Provide leadership to the site team
• Long and Short term programming
