- Ability to work in a fast-paced production driven environment

In this role, you will:
- Participate in and review moderately complex consumer requests and products within Small Business Underwriting and contribute to document completion, and reporting related to Credit and Loan Administration
- Provide quality oversight and mitigate collateral and program risk for borrowers and company
- Review and analyze complex consumer requests, related to decisions, products and process
- Gather all supporting documentation and review information to make appropriate decisions, and approve requests within decision authority levels
- Ensure products meet company and industry guidelines, assist with calculations and preparation of reports for review
- Resolve complex customer and risk issues, and work with team to meet Small Business Underwriting deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of small business, collateral, program risk and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, managers, internal and external business partners to resolve complex consumer requests, system and policy issues and achieve small business goals
- Mentor less experienced staff

Position Expectations:
- Obtain delegation of credit authority within 60 days of start
- Training 8:30am - 5pm MST. Length of time is TBD. Training method could include remote, virtual, in office, and/or shadowing.
- Hybrid schedule 8:30am - 5pm MST
