Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE

  • As customers continue to invest in digital to support their growth ambitions this is an exciting time to join Vodafone Business as we are embarking on a journey of transformation and investment to help customers to achieve their business ambitions through our expanding portfolio of connectivity and ICT solutions.
  • As the Senior SMB Sales Strategy Manager for SaaS, you are responsible for defining, leading, and implementing strategies & effective operational plans to deliver Digital Solutions growth for Vodafone Ireland. As a leading telecommunications partner for Small and Medium Business customers in Ireland, we are uniquely situated to help advise & shape how companies enable their businesses with solutions that help them to connect, grow & operate more effectively in a digital age.
  • In this role you will formulate and deliver against ambitious sales plans along with providing effective cross functional leadership for Digital Solutions across the wider Vodafone organisation.
  • Driving the delivery of growth and revenue targets to successfully deliver and scale our Digital Solutions portfolio as part of our Small Business strategy & sales plans – to ultimately increase the company’s profit, deliver new business growth and motivate our teams & partners to achieve these goals.

ESSENCE OF ROLE – KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Definition and implementation of the Vodafone SMB strategy for Digital Solutions/SaaS.
  • Accountable for the design, development and implementation of the Sales Strategy and operational plan for Digital Solutions revenue growth - across SME and SoHo customer segments. Managing delivery of plans across Monthly, Quarterly and Annual cycles.
  • Driving pipeline acceleration and sales enablement as required to support delivery of sales targets.
  • Lead a cross functional team to deliver against Digital Solutions strategy – establishing and managing an eco-system of stakeholders and driving the delivery of the operational plan across Sales, Product, Commercial, Finance, CVM, Marketing, Technology & Digital.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to define and deliver a cohesive and effective go-to-market strategy for existing and future solutions - with a focus on Digital, Omni-channel, efficiency and NPS for Digital Solutions revenue and growth.
  • Champion and advocate for Digital Solutions across the business to ensure integration and alignment with core connectivity offerings.
  • Devise the strategy and plan for the selection and engagement of Digital Solutions partners to enable future scale against our growth ambitions.
  • Establish, lead & maintain exceptional Stakeholder relationships across Vodafone Ireland & Group – for example Commercial, Product, Marketing, CVM, Digital, Technology, Finance and Consumer.
  • Inform, maintain & develop a strategic understanding of the competitive landscape for Digital Solution translating this into actionable insights to deliver on the commercial strategy for Vodafone Digital Solutions revenue growth. Ensuring a data-led and customer centric approach in all planning and delivery.
