JOB DESCRIPTION

My client is an exciting PR and creative agency who are providing you the opportunity to work on some of the top UK brands, award-winning campaigns, fantastic perks, a customised training programme, and mentoring from business leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be leading social media shoots and collaborating directly with photographers, videographers, and content creators to create captivating, excellent social media content for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok in your present role.
  • It will be crucial to keep up with the most recent platform features, trends, content formats, and changes. You should also be able to integrate these into your continuing content plans.
  • A client-first mindset is crucial; you’ll know what motivates individuals and be adept at establishing connections, offering advice, accelerating development, and, most importantly, making them happy with the outcomes you produce.
  • Your team will benefit from your people abilities as well, as they look to you for direction and instruction.
  • It should go without saying that having an eye for social copy is important, as are pitching, crafting proposals, creating plans, and reviewing documents.
  • The most crucial qualities, though, are a burning desire for success, a curiosity for new concepts, and a love of social media.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Social Media
  • Preferable agency experience
  • Preferable B2C experience

Salary: Up to £45K
Location: Birmingham (hybrid
