What You’ll Do

  • Manage the always-on social media strategy across paid and organic social channels
  • Leverage agency relationships to ensure social media campaigns are optimised to campaign objectives and ROI
  • Plan and execute paid social remarketing campaigns
  • Identify opportunities for growth utilising data and analytics to effectively support conversion rate optimisation to aid in achieving online revenue targets
  • Manage annual budgets and forecasts
  • Measure and report on campaigns, always-on and BAU activity against objectives
  • Lead the digital content strategy ensuring social content is ideated and sourced effectively, leveraging current trends
  • Oversee the content creation strategy, ensuring content is optimised to each channel and placement
  • Mentor and develop two direct reports

What You’ve Got

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Media, Communications or similar
  • 4+ years in a similar role
  • Proven success in paid media campaign management
  • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Data Studio
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills
  • Proactive, ability to work autonomously, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organised planner who works well under timeline pressures.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders
  • A burning desire to show what you’ve got and what heights you can take the business!
