WHAT SKILLS YOU NEED

  • Develops, codes, configures, and tests Power Apps & Virtual agent functionality.
  • Knowledge Expert leading Power Apps / Virtual agent development
  • Mentors other Power Platform developers, producing training content to support
  • Regular and consistent communication with the global Citizen Development Community focused on coaching and upskilling
  • Evaluates and implements enhancement design solutions to improve cost, quality, and performance with Power Apps Products and environments.
  • Analyzes assignments and determines requirements that must be fulfilled to achieve objectives.
  • Executes necessary documentation or training materials as directed, or needed.
  • Collaborates with other relevant stakeholders and team members to ensure that features meet business needs.
  • Follows industry-standard agile methodology for development and documentation as it relates to products.
  • Advanced English Proficiency.

EDUCATION

  • Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Works on a product team, that serves to educate and train Citizen developers in the Power Platform. Leads as a developer and knowledge expert for products in the Power Platform, including but not limited to Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop, Power BI, and virtual agents. Will work by planning, coordinating with others, writing and testing functionality for Power Apps and Power Platform products. Will act as a work lead, providing technical coaching and mentoring to other Power Apps developers and support personnel; Recognized as an expert user of critical technology; develops new functionality leveraging the Power Platform.
