Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Front-End Web Developer with expertise in React and Node.js to contribute to the development of our web applications. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for building scalable and efficient web solutions that meet our customer’s needs. Beyond traditional web development, this role will immerse you in the realm of cloud-based technologies, allowing you to shape the architecture of our solutions using platforms like Azure and AWS. The candidate will maintain a proactive and curious approach to learning, staying abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices. You’ll need to demonstrate autonomy in problem-solving and project execution, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Writing high-quality code and resolving technical issues
• Developing innovative, scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant software solutions
• Contributing to software design and aligning with long-term goals
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation
• Promoting best practices and mentoring junior developers
• Guiding the team in technical decisions and staying updated
• Ensuring software quality and adherence to standards
• Participating in project planning, tracking progress, and managing risks
• Facilitating team communication and bridging gaps
• Engaging with clients or customers and addressing concerns

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
• 7+ years’ software development or programming experience
• A thorough understanding of cloud architecture and data structures
• Extensive experience in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Extensive experience in either React, Angular or another modern front-end framework
• Experience with additional front-end frameworks or libraries like Blazor (C#) is a plus
• Experience working with Apache Pulsar and Apache Avro or other messaging platforms
• Experience working with Azure Cloud Services or Amazon Web Services
• The ability to analyze complex technical information
• Comfortability designing and implementing micro-services to solve real-world problems
• Meticulous and organized approach to work
• Logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving
• Detail-oriented and security-oriented work style
