Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a ServiceNow Solutions Developer, you will be responsible for leading the project delivery lifecycle, including development, integration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for our clients across various platform workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead project delivery in development, integration, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across various platform workflows, including:IT Workflows (ITAM, ITOM, ITSM) Employee & Customer Workflows (HRSD, CSM) Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC)
- Prepare technical specifications and provide oversight and unit testing of code.
- Guide clients in completing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Directly engage with client stakeholders on functional/process discussions.
- Deliver projects via Off-shore/On-shore delivery model.
- Support engagement efforts and suggest appropriate platform solutions.
