PREFERRED ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
- Experience with other frameworks like Astro.js or Next.js is a plus.
- Experience with TailwindCSS.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services).
- Experience with SEO and website performance metrics.

In this pivotal role, you will drive key projects that help shape our digital offerings and push the boundaries of traditional recruitment practices. WHILE NO TWO DAYS ARE THE SAME, HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THIS ROLE:
- Lead and participate in the development of robust and user-centric web applications.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using React and JavaScript.
- Design, build, and maintain reusable, reliable, and high-performance UI components.
- Collaborate with the design team to translate visual concepts into functional online experiences.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Provide technical leadership to junior developers and support their development.
- Maintain and improve the architecture of new and existing systems.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development and apply them into operations and activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
