JOB TITLE: Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (Job Code: PB1009)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field plus 2 years of experience in the offered position or related position.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be “quantified” by “time”. Required expertise/knowledge includes:

• Understanding of software test engineering principles, tools, techniques, and execution, with an emphasis on automation;
• Problem solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills;
• Understanding of software design fundamentals, including data-structures, algorithms, and design patterns, in a modern programming language (like Python);
• Experience in design and development of automation frameworks and automation testing strategies;
• Experience with source control, continuous integration servers, issue tracking and collaboration tools, including Perforce, Git, Jenkins, Jira, or Confluence;
• Experience in computer networking knowledge.
• Defining and implementing software test plans, as well as automation, for embedded systems.

OTHER: Salary range: $152,000 per year to $203,000 per year
