Description:

We are seeking a talented engineer with a proven track record in developing innovative AI applications for operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the state of the art in generative AI as well as hands-on experience building AI applications that streamline workflows, automate tasks, and improve overall efficiency. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven solutions that empower users to achieve more in their daily tasks.

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Application Development: Build robust and user-friendly AI-powered applications and tools that integrate into existing workflows.
Data Collection and Preprocessing: Gather and preprocess data from various sources to fine-tune LLMS, ensuring data quality, integrity, and privacy.
Model Training and Evaluation: Train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI models using appropriate techniques and metrics.
Integration: Integrate AI with front-end or back-end systems, APIs, and databases, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Monitoring and Maintenance: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track model performance, data drift, and errors in production, proactively identifying and addressing issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create comprehensive documentation including model architectures, data pipelines, deployment procedures, and best practices, and share knowledge with team members through presentations, workshops, and code reviews.
Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies, conducting research and experiments to explore new ideas and approaches for enhancing productivity.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, engineers, and data scientists to understand requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver impactful solutions.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities but is expected to mentor new team members and junior level positions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
1+ years of experience in AI engineering, with a focus on developing AI applications for productivity enhancement.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python, with experience in AI frameworks.
Experience working with Snowflake Large Language Model Platform
Hands-on experience in building end-to-end AI applications, from data collection and model training to deployment and maintenance.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
