EXPERTISE & SOFT SKILLS: WHAT YOU OFFER

You have at least 6 years of technical experience working with the Java Spring framework and in building REST API’s
Effective communication and teamwork are integral to your approach, as you actively engage with team members and customers to gather feedback and iterate on solutions
Proven experience in designing distributed systems, microservices and with cloud platforms
Abilities to research and integrate new technologies
Professional experience in agile methodologies would be a plus
You are conceptually strong, work in a structured and solution-oriented way
Fluent in english, ability to communicate in German is a plus

You work closely with developers, product owners & enterprise architect to define the technical solution for new features.
You drive and help conceptualize the cloud migration of the Onlinebanking platform.
You lead code reviews to improve quality and promote learning opportunities.
You mentor junior developers.
You supervise and control external developers during sprints.
You are responsible for the troubleshooting and the debugging to optimize performance and stability.
