We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with an insatiable thirst for knowledge and open and welcoming to change. You will play the role of a strong contributor to the product vision and drive team planning while mentoring and coaching junior team members.
Your key priority will be to drive our product forward. We are building for scale and high performance to achieve our product mission of “Every expense, complete”.
You are a strong problem solver, always willing to help others learn and promote strong collaboration within a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Backend and QA Engineers and UX/UI designers to achieve product roadmap goals.

SKILLS WE’D LOVE YOU TO BRING ALONG

• Around 4 years of experience developing Python applications or similar
• Comfortable with Relational Databases such as MySQL or Postgres
• Experience with RESTful JSON APIs
• Comfortable working within a Linux environment
• Ability and desire to learn new technologies and tools
• Passionate about writing high quality code and robust test coverage
• Strong interest and experience with (or appetite to learn)
• Test Driven Development (TDD)
