Responsibilities:
We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced software support developer / analyst to join our customer support team and take responsibility for the level 2 support queue. The successful candidate will have a natural enquiring mind and thrive on solving problems using a logical, investigative approach. The role will involve working with sensitive data that will require SC security clearance, that is not required to apply for the role, but the candidate must know of no blockers to gaining clearance and be willing to follow the process.
