TECH SKILLS

We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks, which always results in our people leaders managing a diversified team of engineers in every chapter. We do not expect that you come with previous experience in managing teams that have worked with all of these skillsets, but exposure to common environments wherein you have people managed similarly skilled teams or any equivalent leadership experience will also set you up for success in this role!

• ServiceNow Service Delivery, Cloud computing, CI/CD pipeline, automation, testing, networking and related technologies
• ServiceNow portal design, development experience (MID Server integration, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Macros, Service Portal, Employee Center and CMS pages).
• Web Technology (XML, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Web Services - REST/SOAP, AngularJS, JSON, etc.), full stack design, development and administration experience an advantage
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Development tools, including Studio, Workflow Editor, Flow Designer, Script Debugger and Integration Hub.

RELEVANT 3-5 YEARS IN SERVICE NOW AND OVERALL 7+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE.
