• Be part of the team that defines how the organisation engages with our Design System.
• Help software engineering teams create high-quality software through Design System onboarding, training, and adoption support
• Consistent collaboration with Design Team designers to explore options, define requirements and resolve ambiguities.
• Strong awareness of the React ecosystem’s current and emerging patterns, practises, and tooling.
• Produce clean, consistent and well-organised code, with automation & testing.
• Delivery of highly accessible, performant, and responsive React components.
• Contribute towards continuous improvement in the team’s processes, practices and products.
• Mentor and coach other engineers who are new to the industry or company.
