ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in shaping the future of telecommunications? As a Senior Telecom Engineer, you’ll lead the charge in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge solutions that drive our IP/IMS Networks forward. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our telecom services operate seamlessly, empowering us to meet the evolving needs of our customers with precision and excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dive into troubleshooting telephony networks, encompassing various signaling protocols like SIP, SS7, INAP, Diameter, ENUM, and more.
• Take the lead on implementing and testing new platforms and services, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to analyze customer needs and design innovative telecom services.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process and performance improvements, driving continuous enhancement.
• Showcase your software design and development prowess while ensuring 24/7 on-call support.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• Expertise in telecom signaling, coupled with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Quick-thinking problem-solving abilities, with a knack for devising and implementing innovative solutions.
• Extensive knowledge of Linux and server management, alongside networking configuration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in C/C++ software development and meticulous attention to detail.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science is desirable.
• Bring 10-12 years of telephony networking experience, coupled with 5-7 years each in software development, SQL, and technical support roles.
