Responsibilities:

  • Support activities for merchandising and inventory management (RMS, ReSA, FlexPLM, PIM) and inventory planning (Just Enough) to deliver the highest level of service to the business within the construct of the managed services agreements, and maintain a sharp and committed focus on continuous improvement and production support.
  • Identify technical and functional gaps in applications and have those addressed to minimize systemic issues and to reduce manual work around efforts.
  • Define the key operating metrics to measure the health of the applications.
  • Develop dashboards for one single view to measure and monitor the system health, track any SLA breaches, and communicate the same.
  • Drive high value business tasks from start to closure.
  • Partner with the product management and application delivery team to understand the upcoming system enhancements and prepare to accept those changes and support them.
  • Closely collaborate with Product Management and Application Delivery teams operate closely as one team to address the business needs.
  • Lead the team towards the best practices and facilitate efficient collaboration with other application teams.
  • Coordinate with the business and different technical teams involved.
  • Perform technical review of changes being made and see to the successful implementation.
  • Provide regular updates to the leadership for the task at hand and walk the business through the changes implemented and successful implementation of the same.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members for continuous learning.On-call twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week for any urgent, escalated application issues based on position in escalation protocol.
