IAB Solutions, LLC is a renowned company that specializes in managing accounts receivable for manufacturers in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry. We assist top companies in recovering funds lost to A/R deductions by providing deduction validation, recovery, and A/R analytical services. Our goal is to help our clients enhance their bottom line by offering increased recoveries and preventative solutions.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior Software Engineer for Technology development, your role will be pivotal in driving the evolution of our technology infrastructure. You will assist us in maintaining our competitiveness in an important niche market and ensure the growth and satisfaction of our clients. You will work closely with the Operations team to identify and implement innovative technological solutions. This newly created position requires extensive experience in software development, with a deep understanding of programming languages, databases, data visualization tools, and cloud computing platforms. You should have a proactive mindset and the ability to identify and use cutting-edge technology tools and resources. In this role, we seek a collaborative team player with experience in software project implementation who can analyze and solve complex business challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
• Multiple languages such as ASP.NET, C#, SQL, Python
• Serenity framework
• Selenium framework
• Strong understanding of SQL Server and T-SQL preferred
• Experienced in SSRS, SSIS, SSMS preferred
• SQL Server DBA experience preferred
• Experience with PowerShell is preferred
• Experience with PowerBI preferred
• Azure Cloud Services preferred
• Experience in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Excel skills, including power query, pivot tables, charting, macros, and advanced formulas.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to write concise instructions and effectively train users
• Ability to communicate and work efficiently with all levels of stakeholders
• Having software experience working directly with major retailers or manufacturers in the CPG industry may be beneficial but not mandatory.

• Collaborate with Operational teams to identify technology opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
• Lead the roadmap to design, develop, implement, and/or optimize business processes
• Work closely with Operations Leadership to provide technical solutions that enhance IAB client services
• Work with our existing IT team to make adjustments and enhancements to IAB’s propriety in-house applications
• Manage a small team of Developers
• Serve as a subject matter expert on technology trends and best practices offering training and support to technical and non-technical audiences
• Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards, ensuring that our technology solutions remain in alignment with legal and ethical requirements
• Machine learning and AI functionality
• Continuously monitor system performance, proactively addressing any issues or vulnerabilities
• Proactively monitor data integrity. Design and implement solutions for user-reported data errors
