Job Summary:
Our Enterprise applications team is looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the team. Though this individual will be working with full stack technologies, there is a heavy emphasis on front end technologies (specifically React). This team is building high-visibility, enterprise capabilities to underpin our diverse software landscape. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our enterprise technology platform. Further, you will embrace craftsmanship and innovation to develop a best-of-breed experience for our engineering community. Come join us and be part of a growing team!
This Person must be located within driving distance to West Bend or Madison, WI and willing to work a hybrid schedule- NOT open to remote candidates

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• React single-page application (SPA) and UI component development.
• C# backend-for-frontend development.
• Automated unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to build, test, deploy and release code.
• Continuous advocacy of technical craftsmanship and preferred/best practices.
• Review and oversight of peer proposals and solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Proactive and collaborative attitude.
• Analytical and systematic approach to solving/solutioning problems.
• A willingness to continually learn and grow.
• 4+ years of professional experience software development.

PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE WITH ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING:

• Microsoft Azure.
• C# microservices and API development.
• SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• OpenAPI RESTful services.
• OIDC and OAuth2 protocols.
• OpenTelemetry.
• KendoReact.
• Azure Service Bus.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
