Responsibilities:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as a lead in designing, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of complex applications and solutions
- Designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and user experiences
- Writing and maintaining a solid unit, functional, and integration tests for automation in a continuous integration environment
- Collaborating with fellow developers, product managers, and other customer-facing teams to design interfaces to configure and monitor various connected system
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 5 years of related experience and/or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with full-stack web development and MVC architectures (bonus for experience with Ruby on Rails)
- Have experienced with Git, modern Javascript, HTML5 and CSS
- Have familiarity with Linux/bash/zsh
- Be a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Have familiarity with the following as a bonus: React/React ecosystem, Javascript graphing libraries, build tools, Authentication protocols, and Scrum/agile development processe
