Responsibilities:
WORK YOU’LL DO
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior, Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team and help us build technical solutions for our partnerships business.
In this role, you will be responsible for using your deep understanding of partnership tax to evaluate organizational needs and recommend suitable technical solutions by overseeing the development, testing, and implementation of these solutions. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated and results-oriented individual who is passionate about technology and partnership tax.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with business and technical leaders to deliver, maintain, and support business solutions
- Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of technical solutions to ensure that solutions meet defined requirements
- Test application for compliance with standards, procedures, and methodologies. Identify and proposes opportunities for improvement
- Manage relationships with outside vendors
- Document processes and disseminate information to all relevant stakeholders
- Communicate operations and maintenance status or issues to management and business stakeholders
- Provide mentorship and guidance to business stakeholders, sharing your specialized knowledge of partnership tax and technical solutions
- Document processes and disseminate information to all relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in resolving complex issues or coordination of necessary technology resources to expedite service restoration
