Senior Software Engineer (Node.js)

We are currently staffing a Senior Engineer role @ a stealth gaming startup in Berlin.
In this role, you will be the most senior in a team of 4 top software engineers. You will lead architectural decisions and drive the transition to an event-driven design & infrastructure.
You should have strong experience working on event-driven systems (Kafka, Redis,…) with Node.js. Additionally, it would help if you had prior experience with payment processing (Strip Connect, Adyen,…) and GraphQl based API handling.
Knowledge of the gaming space is not required, but enthusiasm is appreciated: )

In this hands-on role, you will be pivotal in expanding the core platform to become a multi-vendor marketplace in 135+ locales.
You will author and review roadmaps, technical docs, and press releases, manage the backlog, coach the team and have fun while coding yourself: )
