Responsibilities:

  • Join our Performance & Observability team and be the subject matter expert for all performance-related queries in Displayr.
  • Be an internal consultant when it comes to performance and monitoring, promoting industry standards and best practices.
  • Ensure that we’re improving our core platform in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify key SLOs, and instrument our systems to measure them accurately.
  • Identify performance bottlenecks in our core offering and plan the work required to address them.
  • Works with the performance team to gather key performance metrics and instrument the code to measure them.
  • Participate in the evaluation of new candidates for the engineering team as required.
