Bankwest’s Technology Division develops and executes all technical change within the organisation ensuring the leverage of technology to deliver the Bankwest strategy. The Division works on a wide variety of technologies and projects with the support of a dedicated team in an Agile methodology. We are looking for engineers who want to bring an amazing customer experience, by promoting safe and secure lending. With a focus on how credit strategy influences the customer lending journey, you’ll be embedded into a cross functional squad that is self-managing with end-to-end responsibility.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the design, development, testing and deployment of risk strategies within PowerCurve Strategy Manager. You’ll also be required to inspire and coach your team to do the same and remain resilient in the face of change, harbour a passion to grow and to influence those around you to think differently by having a growth mindset. Also, you’ll proactively identify, understand, openly discuss, and act on current and future risks.
