Wells Fargo Bank N.A. seeks a Senior Software Engineer in Charlotte, NC.
Job Role and Responsibility: Drive moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments; Contribute to large scale planning of strategies; Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments; Deliver upon designed development work in an Agile Sprint based delivery methodology; Analyze business requirements and design applicable software solutions; Review and disposition User Acceptance Testing feedback and issues; Assist in Infrastructure Maintenance and Patching; Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures; Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients’ needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements; Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals; Perform peer review and quality assurance on other development team members output; Participate in team meetings and product grooming sessions. Telecommuting is permitted up to 2 days a week. Position must appear in person to the location listed as the work address.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related technical field. Position requires 4 years of experience in the job offered, as a Software Developer, or in a related position involving software engineering.

Specific skills required:

• 2 years of Spring Boot development experience
• 2 years of Angular
• 2 years of UI development experience
• 2 years of experience as a Software Developer within an Agile delivery framework
• Experience in Java, JSON, Javascript, Microservices, REST, GIT, SOAP and REST web services, Spring framework, J2EE, software development, and SQL
• Experience performing unit testing and quality assurance against developed software
