QUALIFICATIONS AND TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Software Engineering, or equivalent extensive experience.
• Substantial 5+ years of industrial design expertise in embedded software with a mastery of C programming.
• Proven track record in analyzing, designing, testing, debugging, and enhancing products in challenging industrial environments.
• Previous experience in BLDC motor control applications is highly desirable.
• Profound understanding of diverse development methodologies (e.g., agile, V-Model).
• Proficient use of Version and Requirement management Tools (GIT, Jama).
• Demonstrated experience in defect management (Jira).
• Willingness to travel as required.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English; additional language skills, particularly German, are advantageous.
• A collaborative team player with a knack for knowledge-sharing and proactive initiative.
• In-depth understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices.
• Ability to articulate technical information effectively to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across various disciplines and levels, both internally and externally.
• Proactive in promoting positive working behaviors among peers during task fulfillment.

JOB PURPOSE:

Joining Rotork as a Senior Engineer means taking a leadership role in our dynamic and high-performing team, driving the development of sophisticated solutions for our global clientele. In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in shaping the development life cycle, overseeing core product enhancements, and introducing innovative solutions. Your responsibilities include steering projects, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions through continuous improvement methodologies.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the design and implementation of embedded software for devices and systems, utilizing C as the primary programming language.
• Spearhead the development, coding, review, testing, and debugging of complex system software.
• Execute comprehensive unit and system level tests to guarantee adherence to stringent compliance standards.
• Transform stakeholder specifications into intricate software requirements and architecture definitions.
• Integrate and validate cutting-edge designs for new products.
• Conduct design reviews to ensure compliance with specifications and relevant standards.
• Provide authoritative technical support to key internal stakeholders, including Sales, Service, Production, Purchasing, and Quality Departments.
