To ensure consistent collaboration and strong team connectivity, we have a guideline for our colleagues to spend a minimum of four days per week at the office.
Your Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design and Development: Create and optimize software algorithms in C++, focusing on performance, reliability, and robustness.
- Safety-Critical Systems: Develop and define safety-critical systems for automotive software, including building models for safety arguments.
- API and Protocols: Develop APIs and communication protocols for software modules and distributed servers, adhering to automotive safety standards.
- Collaboration: Work with product owners and engineering teams to turn research into market-ready products, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Best Practices: Participate in best practice communities, enhancing skills related to automotive safety.
- Hypothesis Development: Lead the development of hypotheses, including testing criteria and implementation for safety models in critical systems.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis, modeling, simulation, and testing to ensure software meets performance and safety standards.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, or equivalent practical experience in relevant fields such as AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years in technical development, preferably with experience in automotive safety-critical systems, or equivalent practical experience.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and C++, and familiarity with machine learning tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Caffe.
- Database and Version Control: Knowledge of database systems and experience with Git and distributed version control.
- Safety Standards: Understanding of ISO 26262 and V&V platforms.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, particularly in safety and reliability contexts.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate on safety-related projects.
