Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with expertise in UiPath platform to lead the post-migration phase following the successful transition from Blue Prism to UiPath. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role involves reviewing the migrated workflows, focusing on documentation, utilizing SQL for configuration retrieval from the database, and engaging with business stakeholders to gather requirements and explain technological constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Review and optimize the migrated workflows from Blue Prism to UiPath, ensuring efficiency and adherence to best practices
- Focus on documentation throughout the post-migration phase, including documenting workflows, configurations, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand post-migration requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Utilize SQL to read configurations from the database and ensure seamless integration with UiPath workflows
- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to collect requirements, explain technology limitations, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
