Description:
SUMMARY
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining new and existing applications and services. You will also use your deep understanding of the full-stack to guide the upper management team with software design and architecture decision making.
In addition, you will work closely with members of our engineering team in an agile framework and will utilize CI/CD best practices. Your daily work will be spent in the web-stack using Node.js, React, and Vue.js; therefore, significant knowledge of these technologies is required. Working knowledge of Go, Docker, Kubernetes, NoSQL, and Linux is a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field and 5+ years of technical experience (OR equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of Node.js, React, Vue.js, JavaScript, TypeScript
- Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or MariaDB
- Knowledge of Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Go, bash scripting, Ruby
- Familiarity with DevOps
- Familiarity with Bootstrap, CSS3, and HTML5
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDb, Redis, and Elasticsearch
- Experience with software development lifecycles
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with UI/UX design
- Networking experience is a plus
