- Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and robust software solutions within the - CargoWise platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and incorporate emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a technical excellence culture.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of new features and services.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing performance and user experience.
