Description:

Worktype: Full Time
Location: Melbourne
The Company
With a global footprint in the HCM and WFM vertical, my client is a front runner in the deployment of enterprise grade systems that deliver on all the vital components of the overall Employee Experience. They are undergoing a massive wave of expansion, with Asia Pacific being one of the fastest growth regions.
Part of this growth has created the opportunity to add senior implementation professionals to the Consulting team within the company’s Services division, who are ultimately responsible for their clients “go-live”
The Opportunity
Senior WFM Software Implementation Consultants truly “dive” in all the stages of the design and deployment lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support), under strong collaboration with the Project Manager and other technical team members.
Senior WFM Software Implementation Consultants will be very well acquainted with the client’s business and technical needs, have impeccable customer relationships throughout and after the go live date, support associates as they gain increased expertise, and highlight unforeseen risks to the PM.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

  • Document and validation of customer’s specification
  • Realistically assess needs against the platform’s capability
  • Deploy the configuration elements needed to meet the client’s customer’s requirements, including data integration and migration tasks
  • Drive system implementation updates and constant communication sessions with stakeholders
  • Be a center of competence for specific functional areas to internal and external users
  • Have solid documentation of the solutions being deployed, contributing to the overall business; expertise and KM

Key Essentials for this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in the implementation of Workforce Management Software. WFM expertise is an absolute must to be invited to an interview
  • It is essential that candidates have a robust understanding of Australian Pay rules and legislation
  • Exposure to HRIS systems that reside in SaaS / Cloud computing environments. Having experience with Workday, SFDC, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Kronos, JDA, Oracle HR/Payroll and other WFM platforms will be well regarded
  • Displaying the people and organisation skills expected of seasoned client-facing professionals: managing priorities, being able to communicate, collaborate and ‘do what you say you will do’.

What’s In It For You
As you can imagine, a company focused on employee experience is a diverse and inclusive employer of choice, offering equal opportunity of growth, learning and progression to all employees. They offer a better than market salary package and a raft of amazing benefits.
I would love to share more with you if you are genuinely interested in the role and you feel you meet the essentials criteria.
This role is open to candidates that reside in and have full rights to work in Australia.
I am interviewing now, so please apply (using the website’s Apply with LinkedIn if easiest), email jorge@extendconsulting.com.au or contact Jorge Albinagorta on 0439 781 736. I will be delighted to tell you more about this opportunity. Thank You!
