JOB OVERVIEW:

Equinox Engineering is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Software Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our proprietary software, Axiom Worx, to clients. The technical sales consultant will play a crucial role in expanding our client base, fostering relationships, and contributing to the continued success of Axiom Worx.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the software or technology industry (10 years)
  • Understanding of processes and challenges, in software role out.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for Axiom Worx to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Collaborate with clients to understand their project management challenges and position Axiom Worx as the ideal solution.

  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Axiom Worx, understanding its features and benefits in the context of client needs.

Provide effective product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.

Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and promotions.

  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market trends.
