JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Engineer with total 4-6 years of exp with mandate 2-3 years of experience working with Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing and validating our Salesforce applications to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its architecture, customization capabilities, and APIs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, object structure, and data creation, coupled with proficiency in creating and executing comprehensive test plans.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Overall, 4-6 years of exp with mandate 2-3 years of experience working with Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including declarative customization, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration skills and object structure understanding.
• Ability to read and interpret Salesforce flows, workflows, and process builders.
• Experience in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, or Salesforce Platform Developer.
• Experience with automated testing tools for Salesforce will be a plus.

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications.
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Ensure thorough testing of Salesforce flows, workflows, and process builders.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to understand application requirements and functionality.
• Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in Salesforce implementations.
• Provide detailed test reports and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
