This role will shape the strategy and own the development of our e-mobility solutions portfolio, working closely with sales to support customer acquisition. VSB Mobility offers customers solutions that combine EV charging, intelligent energy solutions, and turnkey implementation across the entire value chain. Responsibilities:

As a Senior Solution Manager you’ll play a critical role in shaping and driving the development and growth of VSB’s e-mobility business. Your responsibilities will span product and service strategy, solution development, and sales support:

Solution Strategy & Ongoing Refinement

  • Develop and maintain technical and business knowledge of electric vehicles, fleet, and energy market trends and conduct market research to identify customer needs and monitor the competitive landscape
  • Design and manage a comprehensive solution roadmap that is aligned with business goals
  • Ensure VSB’s overall portfolio and e-mobility strategy is positioned to help customers effectively integrate electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, and energy solutions to support their fleet operations

Solution Development

  • Manage the entire product and service lifecycle, from concept to launch to end of life, with a focus on quality and scalability
  • Position the solutions effectively, considering value proposition and differentiation and ensure pricing strategies that reflect market demand and competitive factors
  • Ensure product features meet technical requirements and customer expectations, both now and in the future
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new e-mobility products and services
  • Establish strategic relationships with key partners and suppliers
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for solution success, monitor performance, and optimize features based on data and market trends

Sales Support and Customer Focus

  • Responsible for productization and price book management to ensure solutions can be effectively transacted by sales teams in the sales process and supported by the operations team
  • Create sales collateral, solutions documentation, and FAQs with sales and marketing
  • Support sales as a technical consultant in learning and understanding customer needs to confirm that VSB is developing the right solutions
  • Work closely with the sales teams to provide product training and support
  • Develop and deliver customer presentations in support of the sales process, educating potential customers on the benefits of our solutions
  • Address customer inquiries related to solution features and benefits with sales
