Description:

Client: Our client working in the B2B2C area, is a leader in improving the well-being of people with behavioral health challenges by setting up and providing behavioral health services through distinctive web platforms and solutions. We focus on understanding our clients’ needs and using our skills to enhance their IT systems and anticipate their needs, fostering improvements through innovative technology solutions.
Project overview: While integrating into the larger technical ecosystem, our client is creating an organization-wide ecosystem of products and services that requires alignment across process, architecture, UX design, and business strategy. Aiming at unlocking new value through highly complementary product/service offerings client would like to revamp its consumer-facing technology landscape, which includes the modernization of web infrastructure, customers’ platforms, data solutions, revisiting and building modern tech architecture.

Position overview: We are looking for a strong Solution Architect who will act as a critical bridge between the product team, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders. The successful candidate will be immersed in the healthcare domain, embodying a product-centric mindset aligned with the distinctive needs of healthcare initiatives. This role demands a professional adept in the art of translating product development insights into architectural blueprints that resonate with the strategic vision of the enterprise. As a liaison, the Solution Architect must navigate the intricate relationship between product evolution, technical architecture, and the business landscape.

  • Responsibilities: Lead the technical facets of capability development, inclusive of project architectural planning, design blueprinting, and strategic evaluation.
  • Validate and map Business Requirements into Technical Solution Concepts and Designs
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of the existing technology environment to identify opportunities for reusing current assets and propose ways in which new solutions can be integrated into a broader product platform.
  • Provide technical guidance and support during pre-sales efforts and contribute technical expertise throughout project activities, contributing to the formulation of winning strategies and high-value proposals.
  • Perform detailed build versus buy analyses to determine the most effective, cost-efficient approach for component acquisition and development.
  • Lead the entire implementation process, right from the conceptualization of ideas through to the successful implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with visions and goals.
  • Uphold the integrity, currency, and systematic structure of all technical documents. Accumulate all critical technical preconditions to meet the client’s solution approval standards.
  • Requirements: A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Solutions Architect in commercial software development, demonstrating a history of designing robust, scalable architectures
  • Hands-on experience with solution design and discovery phases, particularly within existing complex enterprise architectures. An exceptional ability to translate product team outputs into architectures that are not only scalable but that can also be integrated seamlessly within an overarching enterprise structure
  • A profound understanding of primary technology stacks such as Java, React, and Node.js, backed by broad knowledge and practical experience
  • Familiarity with fundamental programming principles such as SOLID, DRY, KISS, and YAGNI, with the ability to apply these concepts in creating efficient and maintainable code
  • Practical experience working with AWS, including leveraging its services to craft scalable solutions and enhance system architecture
  • Solid experience in writing and managing technical documentation as well as the capability to craft and present impactful visualization to major stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills to build and advance relationships with stakeholders, crucial in settings marked by significant interdependence and unpredictability. An adaptive approach in tailoring technical solutions to dynamically shifting business demands is key
  • Healthcare Expertise requirements (at least 3 of 6 should be met):
  • Knowledge of healthcare-specific regulations such as HIPAA for the US, GDPR for the EU, and other relevant standards would be highly appreciated
  • Candidates with experience in healthcare data standards, including HL7, FHIR, and DICOM, will find themselves well-prepared to tackle the complexities of healthcare information systems, contributing to more effective and seamless integrations
  • Previous work with Electronic Health Records (EHR) or Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
