YOUR PROFILE

• Completed Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years proven experience in consulting and project management, ideally with Smartsheet solutions.
• Strong skills in Smartsheet/Excel and software tools like Salesforce.
• Responsible for your projects and keen to contribute holistically to the team’s projects
• Creative problem solver with a deep understanding of customer requirements and business processes.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English. German/French/Swedish is a plus.

As a vital team member, you will develop exceptional Smartsheet.com solutions, positively transforming our clients’ work methodologies. Your role will encompass managing the entire customer process, from initial contact to project completion, including moderating kick-off meetings, developing innovative proof of concepts, implementing tailored solutions, and conducting expert training for successful change management.

Among other responsibilities, you will,

• Manage the entire customer project cycle, ensuring smooth execution and meeting customer expectations.
• Conduct initial meetings to understand customer requirements, challenges, and long-term goals, ensuring solutions are tailored to their needs precisely.
• Develop and present innovative Proof of Concepts to demonstrate the capabilities of our solutions.
• Implement customized Smartsheet solutions that align with each client’s unique requirements and objectives.
• Lead expert training sessions to ensure seamless integration and effective utilization of new solutions.
