SENIOR SOLUTIONS CONSULTANT, APAC (HYBRID)

GTreasury has a vision to create the next-generation of technology tools for the global, corporate financial office. We are an established market leader in the SaaS treasury management space, and are expanding globally through a combination of cash management, connectivity, and financial risk management.
GTreasury is currently looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our growing Solutions Delivery team. As a Solutions Consultant, you will work under minimal supervision and lead a number of projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for the overall design, configuration and analysis of customer requirements for a Treasury management system and implements the functionality that meet the client objectives and desired outcomes, on time and on budget.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Enrollment in CFA, CTP or other professional program a plus

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Lead discovery sessions with clients on their business/ technical requirements/ processes.
  • Effectively communicate and document a customer’s needs and requirements into a solution-oriented vision based on what they have purchased and their desired objectives and outcomes.
  • Apply all of the above to implement a best practice solution for the customer.
  • Clearly articulate the configuration rationale and functional strategy as it directly relates to accomplishing the objectives and outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate plans, progress, and status to both internal and client stakeholders.
  • Assume responsibility of project management for some, but not all projects
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships by interacting effectively at all levels of the client organization
  • Manage client expectations and effectively over-communicate to client
  • Prioritize implementation tasks, then step-up, support & trouble-shoot deliverable requirements throughout implementation by using your own knowledge and the regional and global resources of GTreasury
  • Ensure implementation proceeds on-specification and meets internal compliance requirements and in alignment with budget
  • Ensure client expectations are met/ exceeded in terms of product set up and services delivered
  • Tier 2 support for any escalated client issues during the Implementation itself
  • Provide up-selling opportunities and funnel to appropriate channels such as Sales and Account Management

SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE:

  • 7 Years proven experience implementing Treasury Management software
  • Proven track record in project work including implementing treasury systems with good knowledge of project management tools
  • Completed experience in at least one TMS full Implementation, from RFP to support handover.
  • Thorough understanding of Treasury functions within a Corporate Treasury, Financial Institutions or related field
  • Have a sound grasp and understanding of Financial Instruments, Accounting, Cash Management and Payments concepts and processes.
  • Ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve problems / issues as they arise during the implementation.
  • Able to multi-task, re-prioritize, and adapt to rapidly changing needs and fast pace environments
  • A good team player with ability to act on your own initiative
  • Proven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levels including CFO’s and Senior Management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and consultative skills.
  • Experience with Software-as-a-service technology solutions a plus
  • Comprehensive Knowledge of MS products; Excel, Power point, Visio etc.
  • Evidence of experience in designing and automating data interexchange’s between systems including detailed specification design for flat file (CSV, Crystal, SQL, etc.)
