Job Description:
Responsibilities:
The Consultant has an important role to confidently support customers during software implementation projects. This involves acting as the interface between the different customer teams and the internal teams.
Consultants participate in different phases of the project (design, presentation workshops, interface mapping, data retrieval, support for test and integration phases, pilot launch and deployment of the solution). You will also participate in the design of the customer need and/or the writing of functional specifications and are responsible for the quality of the deliverables they provide and their related schedules.
