Our procurement organization is looking to hire an experienced procurement manager IT / Technology to join our EMEA IT sourcing team.
In this role you will work closely with your divisional partners to enable their regional IT strategy and drive vendor performance. You will have the creative space to contribute to the category strategy and identify the right stakeholder groups in your lead location. You will lead sourcing projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. As Senior Sourcing Manager you will be the designated trusted advisor to divisional colleagues and an invaluable strategic resource to the procurement community.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage international, complex Sourcing-Events (RFI, RFQ, RFP)
  • Establish strong relationships with divisional colleagues, vendors and opinion leaders within and outside the company, building a strong understanding of priorities and the strategic direction
  • Identify sourcing opportunities by leveraging spend analysis tools and engage with stakeholders to consolidate requirements over categories, suppliers and geographies.
  • Plan, prepare and manage complex negotiations
  • Drive performance, value and innovation from key suppliers through Supplier Relationship Management processes; monitor and mitigate supplier risk.
  • Establish an IT portfolio for your lead countries and divisions.
  • Close cooperation in global activities and strong support of the corporate sourcing manager
