SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Extensive experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in Japanese cuisine.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and efficiency in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities:
As the Senior Sous Chef, you will help to manage the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including rosters, stock control, and running shifts. With a focus on the Raw bar and Hibachi grill, you will demonstrate proficiency in Asian ingredients, wok cooking, and seafood preparation. Additionally, you will exhibit great people management skills and remain calm under pressure to ensure smooth service delivery.
