JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Senior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef & Executive Chef in leading the team in and out of service, upholding the company’s focus on quality. The business continually evolves being a real trendsetter and always a step ahead. the venue is a go-to for locals to the area, also for destination diners, and will progress for years to come, and you will become apart of this journey.
The role will allow you to play a part in menu development and further develop your skills in modern Asian cuisine. You will be provided with significant training in the business, focusing on developing your management and business skills, leading to larger career opportunities in the future.
