Job Description

EDUCATION

• An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, engineering. Or similar knowledge.

EXPERIENCE

• 5+ experience in: Software design/development, application architecture, product management, software integration, automated software testing, data management/governance, business intelligence, security and/or business process analysis.
• 3+ years of experience leading development teams

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Programming experience: .NET C#, JavaScript C++, Go, Python, etc. Angular or React.

Functional Competencies

• Contribute on the development of AI & MI Models
• Experience in Microsoft Azure cloud services and architectures.
• Experience in Microsoft cloud integration services like Azure Data Factory, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, Azure AD, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, Logics Apps & Cosmos DB.
• Knowledge about Azure IOT hub, Stream analytics & IOT Edge platform.
• Large-scale systems integration involving on-premises technology and public cloud platforms
• Create Solution documents i.e Presentation, Scope of work, Architecture diagrams
• Experience in REST API including designing and creating APIs in the past
• Good understanding of cloud deployments for enterprise software solutions
• Understanding of security required for authentication and internet-based data communication
• Good knowledge about DevOps & AKS.

PURPOSE

The function will be part of the Enterprise Architecture department whose mission is to build or configure, maintain or enhance, and eventually decommission Architecture components through their life cycle.
The overall goal for the role is to focus on developing the technology and the architecture that enables the goals & priorities set by the Enterprise Architecture.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead all Architecture services initiatives: API management, Services, Microservices, etc.
• Responsible to Manage and develop all services and components related to the Digital Business Technology Platform.
• Governance:
• Set Enterprise Architecture standards, in partnership with the EA Director
• Curator, together with EA, of the framework & Architecture Governance.
• Help Design & continues improve the whole Enterprise architecture: Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Applications Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture (including security)
• Auditing compliance within the Enterprise Architecture standard
• Research emerging trends and new ideas
• Evaluate new technologies that can be implemented
• Contribute in the building a Data Analytics Strategy for Advance Analytics, Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics
• Part of the business case analysis for new technology and help the advisory committee on Buy or Build strategy.
• Provide leadership, vision and direction to the development team to ensure it will contribute to the Digital Product line Roadmap & Goals.
• Overseeing the assessment of the technical fitness of the in-house developed application portfolio and their associated costs and risks.
