YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Our Toronto office is looking for a Senior Specialist to join the Corporate Communications team to support the firm’s internal communications program while owning the following responsibilities:

  • Help develop and execute on internal communications plans together with the Manager, Corporate Communications and senior leaders.
  • Plan, research and write a wide variety of high-quality business communications for senior leaders, including remarks, presentations, newsletters, announcements, articles, messages, video scripts, question and answers, etc.
  • In collaboration with the Corporate Communications team, progress and execute on the annual communications plan for the firm.
  • In collaboration with Events team, plan and execute meetings and conferences.
  • Manage and update the intranet and the external website, ensuring key information is presented in a way that is professional, concise, creative and accurate.Work closely with colleagues across service lines, departments and geographies to deliver seamless, integrated communications, and - as part of a broader team â

  • Help manage communications calendars and project plans.Leverage new tools and technologies to increase the effectiveness and impact of the firm

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • You have superior business writing skills and the ability to develop clear, concise, creative and impactful communications.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and client focused skills and interact positively and professionally with leaders, peers and teammates.
  • You are a self-starter, and able to work to a high standard both independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • You can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
  • You have proven project management, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.You are proficient in Microsoft Solutions (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and internal communications platforms (Poppulo, SnapComms).


    • You have post-secondary education in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, business or in another related field.You have 3+ years of professional communications experience. Prior professional services firm or experience in a large matrix organization is an asset.
