In this role, you will lead the quality interface with assigned customer(s) for the complete product lifecycle, to maximize product quality and customer satisfaction. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated individual to make an impact in a high-growth company!

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in electrical & electronics, mechanical engineering or related fields
  • Knowledge of QHSE industry standards & tools (ex. ISO 9001:2015, VDA 6.3, APQP)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing company
  • Proficient in spoken & written English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Solid planning and activity coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Willing to travel up to 40 days globally per year

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor product quality performance, customer scorecards, customer satisfaction & drive improvement proposals
  • Develop strong working relationships with customers, support on-site visits and monitor critical findings
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for initial investigation of failures
  • Support local teams on CAPA activities & multi-site deployment
  • Lead internal/external reviews of NCRs & initiate continuous improvement with interdisciplinary teams
  • Assure that product & process comply with industry standards and customer requirements, that include regular visits to operations, conduct internal audits & assessments
  • Ensure that customer requirements & CTQs are deployed & followed by engineering & supply chain teams
  • Actively participate in project Gate review meetings & represent VOC
  • Support local teams in creation & follow up on product performance dashboards
